These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vajilive governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using vajilive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Binding Agreement
By creating an account at vajilive, you enter into a legally binding contract. These terms govern every interaction with the platform — from registration and deposits through to game play and withdrawals.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vajilive login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@vajilive immediately.
Fair Payments
vajilive commits to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests within the published timeframes. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during operating hours. All payment terms are set out in Section 4.
Transparent Bonuses

Account Closure Rights
Players may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting vajilive support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Full details are in Section 8.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vajilive ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using vajilive in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using vajilive and, if you have already created an account, contact support@vajilive to request closure of that account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 Amendments
vajilive reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
1.3 Additional Policies
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the vajilive Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting policy document expressly states otherwise.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to vajilive is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an account on the platform.
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering and using the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of vajilive or any of its affiliated entities.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from vajilive.
- You are acting in your own personal capacity using funds that lawfully belong to you.
2.2 Age Verification (KYC)
vajilive conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. vajilive reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals on any account pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be closed and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source.
2.3 Single Account per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account at vajilive. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within those accounts. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support@vajilive immediately.
3 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of vajilive products and services — including casino games, sports betting, and payment facilities — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you will be asked to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or fabricated information at any point during registration or in any subsequent communication with vajilive. vajilive relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your vajilive account and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials — including your username and password — with any other person. vajilive strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. Any action taken using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you believe that your vajilive account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify vajilive support at support@vajilive without delay. vajilive will take prompt action to secure the account and investigate the incident. We cannot accept responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or failed to report the breach promptly.
3.4 Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. vajilive may request updated documentation to verify any changes to your personal information. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
vajilive supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion fees are charged by vajilive, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification
vajilive reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirement and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing. Players who have not yet completed the full KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is completed. vajilive will communicate clearly with players regarding any documentation required and will process verified withdrawals as promptly as possible.
4.5 Prohibited Transactions
The following transactions are strictly prohibited on vajilive: deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party; deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity; chargebacks or reversal requests submitted to a payment provider after funds have been used for wagering; and any attempt to exploit deposit or withdrawal systems for money laundering or fraud purposes. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited transactions will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
vajilive offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific offer is stated clearly in the offer terms. Players are encouraged to review wagering requirements before accepting any bonus, as they affect when and how much of a bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on vajilive contribute equally — or at all — to meeting wagering requirements. Each promotional offer will specify which game categories contribute to wagering and at what percentage rate. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager to the requirement, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage. Playing games that do not contribute to wagering while a bonus is active does not count towards the requirement and will not extend the bonus expiry period.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period, which begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. The specific expiry period for each offer is stated in the offer terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. vajilive does not extend bonus expiry periods under any circumstances.
5.4 Abuse and Exploitation
vajilive reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is exploiting promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: bonus stacking across multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of offers in coordination with other players. All bonus decisions made in connection with suspected abuse are final.
5.5 VIP Loyalty Programme
vajilive operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme with five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players accumulate loyalty points based on their wagering activity across all product categories. Points can be redeemed for bonus credit or used to unlock enhanced benefits including higher withdrawal limits, reduced processing times, and dedicated account management. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of vajilive, you are required to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all users without exception.
6.1 General Obligations
- Use vajilive only for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment.
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications with vajilive.
- Comply with all applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
- Promptly report any technical errors, game malfunctions, or payment discrepancies to support@vajilive rather than exploiting them.
- Maintain respect for other players and for vajilive staff in all interactions on the platform.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vajilive and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other multiplayer format.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the vajilive payment infrastructure.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
- Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith as described in Section 5.4.
- Submitting chargebacks to your payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity on vajilive.
7 Intellectual Property
All content appearing on vajilive — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, audio, video, data compilations, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of vajilive or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
7.1 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the vajilive platform for the sole purpose of personal gambling entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any content on the platform and does not permit any commercial use of that content.
7.2 Prohibited Use of Platform Content
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or selling any content from vajilive without prior written consent.
- Using the vajilive brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
- Framing or embedding any page or content from vajilive on a third-party website or application.
- Scraping or systematically extracting data from the platform for any purpose.
7.3 Third-Party Game Content
Games available on vajilive are supplied under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective provider. vajilive does not claim ownership of third-party game content and cannot grant users any rights in that content beyond the right to play the games through the platform interface.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Both vajilive and registered players have the right to initiate account closure under specified circumstances. The following provisions govern the suspension and closure of accounts on the platform.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request voluntary closure of your vajilive account at any time by contacting support@vajilive. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided you have completed the KYC verification process and there are no outstanding investigations relating to your account.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you wish to exclude yourself from vajilive for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not receive any marketing communications from vajilive, and you will not be able to log in or make deposits. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. vajilive strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is causing harm to use this tool without hesitation.
8.3 Suspension or Closure by vajilive
vajilive reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Detection of multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months.
- A legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement to do so.
8.4 Effect of Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed by vajilive due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any investigation, provided the funds are not subject to forfeiture under anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention procedures. vajilive will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
vajilive provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, security, and accuracy of the platform, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect platform availability from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vajilive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, payment delays, technical errors, or account suspension. This limitation of liability does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.
Gambling involves financial risk and results in monetary loss for many players over time. By using vajilive you acknowledge and accept that risk. vajilive is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform in accordance with published game rules and odds.
